Romanian company
on a deliberate path.

Two observations led to this company.

The first: Romanian public administration has access to substantial digitalisation funding, mostly through PNRR, Regional Programmes and dedicated lines like DigiLocal. The money is often unspent, or spent on the wrong thing, because the gap between "we need to digitalise" and "here is a properly scoped project that earns the grant" is wider than it looks. Most consultancies either don't engage at this end of the market or they show up with a sales motion rather than an engineering one.

The second: there's a wave of mid-size Romanian and EU B2B companies sitting on substantial integration debt and reporting layers that nobody trusts. The work to fix this is well within the reach of a small senior engineering team. The market keeps offering them either large consultancies (expensive, generic) or single freelancers (good engineering, no continuity). There's a gap in the middle.

We work in that gap. Three services, plain pricing, named accountability. The same engineering quality that gets shipped at companies like Sainsbury's, Centrica and Toyota, applied at a scale and price point that mid-size Romanian and EU buyers can actually consume.
