This company came out of two observations.
The first: Romanian public administration has digitalisation money, mostly through PNRR, the Regional Programmes and dedicated lines like DigiLocal. It often goes unspent, or gets spent badly. The road from "we need to digitalise" to "here is a properly defined project that wins the grant" is longer than it looks. Many consultancies either don't work at this end of the market, or turn up selling instead of engineering.
The second: plenty of mid-size B2B companies, in Romania and across the EU, are sitting on serious technical debt. Integrations patched over the years, reporting layers nobody trusts any more. It is exactly the kind of work a small, senior engineering team does well. The market offers them either large consultancies (expensive, generic) or single freelancers (good engineering, no continuity). There's a gap in the middle.
We work in that gap. Three services, plain pricing, named accountability. The same engineering quality that gets done for companies like Sainsbury's, Centrica and Toyota, at a scale and a price that mid-size Romanian and EU companies can afford.
