AI doesn't fail at the model. It fails at the data underneath. We work on outcomes: we agree the deliverable, the price and who validates it, then we deliver it.

A written report your council or board can sign off on. One to three weeks. Fixed fee, fixed scope, fixed deliverable. AI on the data you already have. We don't start by asking for new data. We look at what is already in your systems.

- ·We tell you which funding lines you qualify for right now: PNRR Component 7, Regional Programme Nord-Vest, DigiLocal, NIS2 compliance grants
- ·The list of concrete interventions, three to seven of them, in priority order, each costed against the procurement threshold
- ·A 15 to 25 page written report: findings, an action plan and recommendations. You can read it without us in the room
- ·One follow-up working session, where we walk the decision-makers through the findings

Public-sector deployments run on Romanian infrastructure (Romarg or ClausWeb for the data layer, as much compute as you need). Open formats, exportable schemas, no clauses that tie you to one supplier. If you ever want to move it all somewhere else, we hand over everything that is yours.
