Plenty of firms sell you one team, then put another one on the job. We don't. The people who scope the work are the people who build it.

    Plain pricing, published ranges

    No bespoke quotes hidden until page 40. Our pricing fits Romanian procurement thresholds and we say so up front.

  2. 02

    Named accountability

    One technical lead per engagement. They sign the proposal, show up on site, stay end to end.

  3. 03

    No contract splitting

    Article 11 of Law 98/2016 prohibits splitting contracts to dodge thresholds. We won't propose it.
